5. Payment Terms
• Retainer Services: All retainer agreements must be paid in full and in advance on the 1st of each calendar month. Services will not commence until payment is received.
• Ad-Hoc Services: A deposit is required upfront before any work begins. The remaining balance is due at the end of the calendar month in which the services were delivered.
• Project-Based Work: All project work must be paid in full and in advance prior to commencement.
• Invoices are issued electronically and are payable within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Interest on Overdue Payments: Any overdue amounts will incur interest at a rate of 10% per annum, or the maximum rate enforceable under applicable UK legislation, whichever is lower.
• MCF Business Solutions reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of non-payment or repeated late payments..
6. Termination of Services
• The term of any service agreement will begin on the date mutually agreed upon and will remain in effect until terminated in accordance with these Terms.
• Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice to the other party.
• If either party breaches a material provision of the agreement, the non-defaulting party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect and may seek indemnification for any reasonable damages incurred.
• This agreement may also be terminated at any time by mutual written consent.
• Upon termination, the Contractor’s obligations will cease, except for any outstanding fees or deliverables due up to the termination date.
• No refunds will be issued for unused hours in retainer packages unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
• We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of the Website or reliance on its content.
• This includes, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, income, or profit.
